CNC milling uses computer-controlled cutting tools to produce complex components. Our machining capabilities support prototyping and production for large-scale and precision-engineered parts.

CNC Turning
CNC turning uses computer-controlled cutting tools to remove material from a rotating workpiece and produce cylindrical parts. Our horizontal and vertical CNC turning capabilities support prototyping and production, delivering precision-engineered components according to customer specifications.

Quality Assurance
Our inspection capabilities verify components against customer drawings using calibrated CMM and metrology equipment, supported by documented quality-control procedures.
- CMM inspection range up to 4,000 × 2,000 × 1,800 mm
- Measurement accuracy from 0.003 to 0.007 mm, depending on equipment and measurement conditions
- Quality-control workflow aligned with AS, ISO and Nadcap requirements
- CMM inspection and First Article Inspection where required
